Test Preparation

The CollegeAware Difference in Getting the Upper Hand on Tests

Mark is one of the best teachers we have met. He helped prepare my daughter for the SAT and ACT and with her application essays. Mark provided comprehensive instructions, constructive materials, and encouragement throughout. My daughter was accepted by George Washington University with grants and a scholarship. We are very grateful for Mark’s dedication, because this achievement wouldn’t have happened without it.

Fine tuning your score goals: As you progress, you’ll get a feel for the achievable section scores that will build to an achievable composite score.

Learning to think like a test maker:  Test makers use specific question templates, and recognizing them is a key score driver.

Reviewing math topics: The ACT and SAT test specific math concepts, some of which  you may not have worked with in years. You will get the review you need to sharpen your skills.

Mark was a tremendous resource and tutor. My son was not that motivated for prepping but Mark kept him on task and accountable, and after 6 weeks/2 times a week my son went up six points on his ACT. Mark is passionate about what he does and it is obvious that he takes his preparation and tutoring very seriously and thoughtfully. Highly recommend him!
